1st room key card didn’t work, after 3 attempts front desk manually let me in. TV didn’t work. Got another room and no phone only one outlet way under counter so pain to charge phones, no TP, no towels and wash clothes. Learned my door opened bc the electric lock doesn’t work. Bed is small, fridge is frozen block of ice, ice maker in hall has noisy compressor. The front desk lady was very nice and apologetic. Very unprofessional place!! And very dirty roaches and bugs everywhere, bed sheets with stains and they don’t change the comforters even after people have clearly had sex on them gross!!! They clean the toilets with the same sponge for the tubs and sinks lol I tried working there it was just too unprofessional don’t even get paid when your suppose to I wouldn’t return if you asked me to lol slaving those old women 7 dollars a room not by the hour for all that scrubbing that’s why they don’t clean the well

Looks very nice from the web site , however, it is under construction. We were not told that at booking , comes with breakfast, however kitchen is under construction, so just waffles or an apple. The room is very small , there is no phone in the room , fire alarm has gone off . It's a full size bed , we were told it is a queen . The only good thing about it , is the staff are nice . Would not book again.

Old man that does night audit is super rude! I will be calling the brand tomorrow to complain to corporate. This is disgusting. How rude that old man was to me. this hotel will be placed on a blacklist for my company
