Three things that have been consistently poor in this hotel, are: Internet connection, horrible, horrible, we never know when our devices are going to get wifi. Different kind of devices, phones , tablets, the worse is connection to Laptops, I have to use my hotspot many times to get to my business. Second, breakfast, advertisement is breakfast to 09:30, well at that time, it is missing several items, variety is also not great, why it is only that chemical charged yellowish eggs and not boiled more natural eggs for instance?... read more

I would rate my stay at the Sonesta Select 3 out of 5 stars. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but several aspects of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The towels were very thin and rough, feeling more like inexpensive budget towels than what you’d expect from a hotel. We also requested an extra pillow and had to wait three days before receiving it, which was disappointing. The biggest letdown was the pool. It was easily the worst hotel pool I’ve experienced. The food was included fruits and it only included apples, and when it's 9:20 almost time to finish (because it says it closes at 9:30) everything is gone. THE INTERNET SUCKS, it goes off and on and some devices does not enter the internet, and this is daily. And when we put the password to the internet it sometimes navigates us to the booking webpage, and we have to call IT. In the excersise room it only has dumbells and treadmills and cycling machines. Great price, location, service. Room was a little “worn”, but it was clean, had kitchenette, good breakfast selection in lobby, coin operated washer/dryer located nearby. Was great for what we needed and priced reasonably for 2 rooms (2 couples)
