Highly recommend and we will be staying here every time we visit Chicago. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. It's located close to great food and shopping. The kitchen was fully stocked and the customer service was spot on!!!!

Had a good experience here recently. The spot was easy to find and drive to, service excellent, and we were well settled within mins of our arrival. The hotel itself is in a great central spot, great for exploring downtown Chicago. It’s about a 25 min walk from the top attractions, so factor that into your plans especially in colder months (however that’s not a major concern if counting on public transportation to get around). We arrived in our two bedroom suite and noticed one of the bedrooms didn't have a TV. I went to the desk to ask about the missing television and the manager John informed me "only two televisions are guaranteed and most two bedroom suites don't have them". I informed John that we had literally just stayed at that hotel the night before in a two bedroom suite and the bedroom was not missing a TV. I use to LOVE this location! I’ve probably stayed here over a dozen times for 2-3 days at a time over the past 3 years. I love the location, the convenience of being able to cook without eating out daily, and of course their helpful staff! Unfortunately, I haven’t visited home in a little over a year ,so I was unaware there had been so many changes.
