We stay here every time we visit Chicago (3-4 a year) and love it! The staff is always nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Service was good. They had free breakfast which was included in the stay, the breakfast buffet menu remains the same everyday, turkey sausage, egg, potatoes, toast, cereal & yogurt. We happened to get valet for free due to an issue they had so the valet service was very helpful for us as a family of 4 with a toddler and an infant, it made things very easy when we started the day. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel since it's close to most tourist attractions in Chicago.

It honestly surprises me whenever I meet someone that has zero empathy in hospitality and this was one of those moments. I explained to “Shawn” (who claimed to be the general manager but would not provide his last name) a week before how I will not be able to make it to my booking, and I even offered my doctors note to explain my injury and how I couldn’t fly. “Shawn” couldn’t care less, and it was openly shown over the phone call that he didn’t care and wanted to show zero remorse or understanding to my situation.
