UNFAIR CHARGE!! My family and I just check out today, and for no reason, they charged my wife's card the $250 deposit. We didn't do anything wrong in this hotel and they charged us the deposit fee when it's suppose to be refundable. I hope you guys address this issue because is not fair we spend 7 days, and now you guys don't want to refund our $250.
