Roaches in my room and bathroom coming out of the Television and air conditioner called the front desk to get my room switched and was never responded to. They just had me waiting. I also asked for new linen and towels because me my significant other and the seven month old. Your child were outside at the pool. they left the damp, dirty towels in my room and then in the hallway until the next day when it was time for me to leave, I never received the towels or linen. I’m not sure how the average Google rating is 4* despite consistent 1-2 start low ratings from real customers that stayed at the hotel. Rooms were spacious. But not clean. The bathroom had sink stopper stuck at the bottom and unable to use. There was no fridge as mentioned at check in. Microwave was in the “common area” along with ice machine but it was disgusting with dirty food plates laying for a long time on top of it and hair inside the microwave 🤮. Never coming back

The hotel is very nice, up-to-date, clean facilities at the bar. They have a wonderful bartender named Alex who takes very good care of you, worth staying here for the service, plus coming downstairs and socializing with the rest of the guests was sublime. Enjoyed my time here.
