Sonesta es suites chicago magnificent mile/medical Hotel manager John Stephan did an extremely poor job of addressing issues with my stay. He sent an extremely dismissive and insulting email to me. He ignored the staff pushing me in the lobby to refill water at coffee station while I was getting coffee. He refused to address retaliation of his staff after Expedia informed them that I hadn't recieved VIP perks. HERES MY COMPLAINT …..I’ve been emails the head office and multiple times they answer the same robotic reply to contact the hotel directly BUT THEY DONT WANT TO HELP.
