Aviva and Josh helped us buy a new industrial warehouse building at 3895 E45th Avenue, Denver, Colorado. Very professional and decent people. Like all deals this deal died a few times before it closed and I never felt any pushy sales or such. They are also very communicative, always reachable on phone text or email which worked out great for me. My wife also felt she was respected and part of the process as well, which helped mine own mental health. Overall, first class business was done in a first class way.
