After leaving my review on Booksy based on my experience, the owner has proceeded to harass me and belittle me. For reference, I’ve shared screenshots of how she talks to other customers on her other booking sites. She is very unprofessional. Please do not go to this salon.
I can’t even tell you if they do good hair bc they were very unwelcoming and standoffish. So BIG NO GO FOR ME IF YOUR ENERGY AND VIBE SUCKS!!! I don’t care if you were one of the best!! Your attitude makes you the worst!!

Without a doubt the WORST hairstyling I've gotten ever. Made us get different hair when she damn well could've used the ones i brought in, and it was extremely lazy and sloppy work. My twists legit started unraveling when i got out of the seat. She had the NASTIEST attitude as well, and for what because she doesn’t know how to follow instructions and looks like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Love the kinky twist! They are light weight and easy to manage. Sondra is amazingly fast, neat and the shop atmosphere is pleasantly relaxing.
