I think Sondra is one of the best therapists I have ever taken counsel from. If you are 'honestly' looking to make a positive change in your life, I firmly believe she will help you. She has many tools in her belt, and she will work diligently with you to find the solutions you are seeking. She has been a tremendous help in my life.
Sondra's guidance is so comfortable and insightful that it facilitates self-growth even between sessions. She is honest, objective and committed to her own growth as a therapist. Highly recommend and have done!
