Chaundra, the Physical Therapist to whom I was assigned, was enthusiastic and encouraging at all times. She had a core set of exercises which we worked through at each session. I was able to relax because she stayed right with me at all times. She would quickly put her hands out to catch me if I lost my balance; at all times, I was able to recover on my own, but knowing that she was ready to assist me made me feel more confident. Pleasant. Very thorough. Attentive to my questions and answers. Very careful with treatment decisions. Ordered chest x-ray Which was very good idea. Will come again. Very satisfied.

the wait time was around 30 minutes. a few minutes before i was taken back and see promptly. what you want when you aren’t feeling well.
