체크인 하루전에 모바일로 pre register을 해야 비밀번호와 방번호를 알 수 있고 호텔안에 직원이 없으며 help center 직원 연결은 절대 안된다고 보면 됩니다. 당일에 해당 메일을 확인을 해서 등록을 하게 될 경우 비밀번호와 방번호를 아는데 24시간이 소요될 수 있다고 안내를 받게 되는데 이는 체크인 시간을 한참 지난 시간이 되기 때문에 매우 황당했습니다. 겨우 체크인을 했으나 이 과정에서 help center 전화 연결도 안되고 메일 답장은 체크아웃한지 한참 이후에 답장이 왔습니다. 위치도 그닥 좋지 않으며 방도 매우 작습니다. 걱정했던 소음은 그렇게 문제되지 않았습니다. 이 숙소는 호텔 서비스를 전혀 받을 수 없기 때문에 호텔이라고 말할 수 없으며, 분명히 과대 평가된 면이 있습니다.

Had an ocean view for all the rooms which was pretty cool! Room was kind of small and when we got there the code was not working, but the staff quickly came and reset the keypad! No money to park which was great as well, and outside the rooms was a nice sitting area like a balcony, unfortunately pool was closed.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated, but the service was truly disappointing. The front desk staff were constantly missing. we had to wait around. We were offered early check-in, but when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready. They said they would call us when it was, but no one ever did. We had to go back and ask ourselves to find out if it was ready. There’s also no direct number to reach reception. I had to hang up after being sent to voicemail multiple times.
