Stunning apartment in a very safe building. Fabulous location. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to New Orleans!
I booked The Printing Press through Sonder 7 months in advance for a July trip. On May 1, Sonder canceled my reservation out of the blue, claiming the building would close days later. No rebooking help, no compensation—just a refund. Now every similar place is 30–50% more expensive, and Sonder won’t cover the difference. Customer service put me in an email queue with no real response. Extremely frustrating experience. I wouldn’t trust Sonder for future travel.
