The hotel itself was nice, we had a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. It came with a full size kitchen. There is a dining room and a small living room. The living room has a TV that can be connected to streaming services. It is a great location to bourbon, a block away. There are restaurants located on the ground floor and brothers chicken kitty corner to the hotel. I recommend getting parking with an app, as it is street parking only. Easy to gain entrance. Great apartment and would be higher rated if the AC was not broken upon arrival. They did respond to us and offer to give us money back, however wish they were a bit more helpful in assisting us finding another place as a larger group incredibly unfamiliar with the area and during the busy holiday weekend. (Memorial Day) They weren’t able to get anyone to come until the following Monday (when we had already left). It got up to 86 degrees in the apartment itself. This place was absolutely perfect. Prime location, tons of room for our large group, well stocked with amenities and so comfortable. I can’t believe how lovely and quiet it was considering we were in NOLA for Halloween festivities but I had the best night of sleep I’ve ever had while traveling.
Great location with plenty of space! It was easy walking to many great restaurants and to Bourbon Street! The streetcar is less than a block a way! The space was clean and ready when we arrived and they even put out themed goodies!
The property was clean and felt safe once inside. There were a few beggars on the sidewalk near the entry door. We always made sure we had the digital key ready for entry as we approached the door. Customer service was responsive via chat. This property is in walking distance of Bourbon, Canal & the trolley. I would stay here again.
