We met Jake and Jade at one of their first time homebuyers class a while back and stayed in contact with them. When we were ready to buy our first home they were there every step of the way to help. If there was a house we wanted to check out they made it happen right away. When we were closing on the house we wanted, our lender roadblocked us and we thought it was a done deal. Jake was very helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.
Jake has been amazing and patient. We use the VA Home loan (which meant a lot of extra steps to get approve) and Jake was invaluable. He didn't rush use, was organized, kept us informed, and saved us when the sellers let the water pipes freeze 1 day before closing.
It was wonderful working with Jake. We moved from out of state and we were first time home buyers. Jake helped us every step of the way and helped us find our first home. I highly recommend Sonder Realty Group.
