Other than self parking is terrible, the hotel isn't bad. I parked at the embassy suits a block away.

I might update my review after my stay but I feel compelled to write it now because the mess this company is to deal with has me wondering if I should risk even driving 3hrs to stay at their hotel because they started emailing me as if my stay was in the past thanking me and asking for a review. And to be honest even trying to give a review was way too tedious to the point where I came to do it here where things actually work. No integration to bonvoy despite tons of emails suggesting it. I booked a room at this hotel for Memorial Day weekend for my two children and myself. We planned on taking the train up from Portland Saturday so the hotel was ideally situated. Friday afternoon, less than a day before we were due to arrive, they emailed me to tell me they have no rooms available and cancelled my stay. Maybe in 4 to 10 days I'll get refunded. Cool idea but can’t possibly endorse staying here until they fix the interminable heat in the loft, makes it very difficult to sleep. Marriott have already bumped up the price without fixing this so imagine the reviews are likely to tank soon anyway now the incredible value of it relative to the rest of Seattle goes
