The environment is nice. The unit is nice, but the ladder to the bed is really steep, have to hold very carefully to go up. Otherwise good, many facilities provided. However, I am not really used to a hotel without front desk or any staff onsite. You need to figure out everything, even if using online chat, they need a few minutes to get replies.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it is poorly managed. I booked a room with a queen bed and pull out bed and we received a room with one bed. There were four of us. The solution from Sonder was to sleep on the floor because the hotel was full.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a 2 night stay over 10 months ago. 4 hours before check in I received an email that the reservation had been cancelled. No call or other attempt to reach out. Just a cancellation email which left me scrambling to find a new room elsewhere. When I called and asked why I was told the property was sold out and there was nothing that can be done. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never book with this place again.

Absolutely horrible. We were notified 2 hours before our reservation that it was canceled!!! I called Sonder to speak to someone and was put on hold for 23 minutes. Nobody ever got back on the line, instead I was sent a text message stating "we apologize your booking was canceled due to overbooking." What?! I made this reservation in MAY and it is now September and 2 hours from the start of my stay. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced and extremely inconvenient.
