Do not book this place. I made reservation, and did not receive check in code day of check in. Phone number listed online does not connect to rental company. I spent half the afternoon on the phone with my travel booking company, who couldn't reach them either. Then after check in time on day of reservation, my travel company tells me my booking is cancelled. I never could reach the rental company itself, maybe this listing isn't even real.
Unfortunately can't give it a very good rating cuz the chain went bankrupt halfway through my stay and I had to leave within 12 hours notice. A little annoyed about that. So don't know what to tell you because it's no longer there. Too bad really cuz they were a nice places and good locations usually
Stayed here for the Metallica M72 weekend of concerts at Lumen Field. There are no staff at this building other than cleaning staff, so make sure you have all your necessary details available when you arrive, i.e. the passcode they give you to enter the building, use the elevator, and access your room. I travelled from the UK, therefore I had no 4/5G to access my emails, so it is worth saving some screenshots of your codes as soon as you receive them, usually within 48 hrs of arrival. The environment is nice. The unit is nice, but the ladder to the bed is really steep, have to hold very carefully to go up. Otherwise good, many facilities provided. However, I am not really used to a hotel without front desk or any staff onsite. You need to figure out everything, even if using online chat, they need a few minutes to get replies.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it is poorly managed. I booked a room with a queen bed and pull out bed and we received a room with one bed. There were four of us. The solution from Sonder was to sleep on the floor because the hotel was full.
