I appreciate the honesty but making an appointment and denying me services because they said they can’t do my hair? Is ridiculous, not even giving me options to work with me, I don’t understand that you’re a hair salon but you don’t know how to cut wavy hair and also color it?

I had an appointment this afternoon, which I made over the phone yesterday, and the salon was completely closedI waited for thirty minutes and no one showed up. It is Wednesday and the salon hours show as open, so it seems this was an unexpected closure and no one informed me. Disappointed at the unreliability since I came a long way for this appointment :(

Mike was incredible! Throughout the whole process he told me exactly what he was doing and why which really put me at ease. The color was exactly what I wanted too. Would definitely recommend!
