Paid for oil and filter change, checked when I got home. oil was black and had not been changed. The filter was also unchanged.
Was interested in a Blue Truck. Asked to hold it and not sell it. We were going to buy it and put money down. He was asking the owner. Which prob never happened! Lies lies and more lies dealers say. We talked a few months back about your service department in Wautoma, WI. Your tech had put to much oil in my 2025 VW Jetta. At that time this was essentially a brand new car as this was the first oil change for the vehicle. Your techs were unsure about how much oil to put in the car and didn't bother to check oil level before leaving the shop and ultimately causing a diagnostic code to come on and alert that oil level was overfull.
