Pros: The cost of a 2 bedroom apartment is decent and around $1800 Visitor passes are easy to make. There are paths to walk around the community. They invite food trucks a few times a month. Cons: Leasing when I first moved in during March (for the first few months) was so hard to reach. You’d have to physically go down since emails and phone calls were not returned. I moved into Sonceto today and Angelica Camejo honestly made the whole process so easy. Moving is usually stressful, but she was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was ready for me. You can tell she really cares about the residents, not just doing her job. I’ve never had a leasing agent this helpful — she truly went above and beyond.
