Edwin and the maintenance team are very quick and responsive to work orders. Fish washer need replacing and bam, done. Then porch screen needed replacing after it was sliced and bam, done. Maintenance team is professional and timely.
Edwin is the goat, he fixed my AC, was very kind, and efficient.
I’m new here, so far so good. Maintenance is responsive. Edwin and Bruce courteous and friendly. I like that they work on daily basis to keep the community clean. Big +
