I’ve lived here for 3 years and the new management is lazy, sits on their phone all day in the office and lets resident calls go unanswered to not deal with the problems that are presented to them. The quality of living here has dropped TREMENDOUSLY. Service requests go almost a week with no resolution, you have to hunt staff down to even get someone to speak with you. ** Please think twice before renting here. A nice apartment means nothing if the management lacks integrity and basic customer service. I had a very disappointing experience with Sonceto Apartments and Greystar Management. After moving out, I was charged nearly $1,000 for carpet replacement due to alleged “heavy damage,” even though the carpet only showed normal wear and tear from regular use.
