I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I find it's okay. I live right at the treeline and I have snake's. They come up to my door, at my front window. Animals dye in the bushes. I was told I'm responsible for the back yard (who's responsible for the side yard), but no one does anything about the leaves,tree straw, or branches that fall. I exterminate every month.
