I want to take the time to commend Kristen Claus for her outstanding customer service. I have worked with her on a few occasions as a community partner and she is helpful, friendly, and easy to work with.
We have been working with Sonata to get a family member to decide to live at Independent living at Sonata East Viera FL. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. It can be such an emotional time, but the people there are so sweet, supportive, non-pushy and empathetic.
