Kudos to Amanda Betts of Sonata Design for her patience, perseverance, and innovativeness in designing shades for my east-facing bedroom. After I had an Innova 2 PTAC (heat pump/AC) installed into my four-pane window in December, there was no obvious window treatment that would darken the room, skim the PTAC grill, and let one of the panes open for air flow in good weather. Amanda, my design consultant, was invaluable. She helped me choose the perfect blinds for my home and style. She was patient and took the time to understand my needs and preferences.
