Poor management, when you want any help from the manager he will always be defensive and trying his best to stay on his chair to minimum work and playing ping-pong strategy to push always all responsibility. Also FYI from my one year period living here the pool only open two months a year due to maintenance, gym room: 8 months, snooker room:never opened once. Choose wisely.
Plumber came and said that he is going to open a hole in the ceiling to find out the cause of leakage and leave it open. Management did not call any one yet to seal it after the plumber comes back on January 8
The concierge that works on weekdays from 8am to 4pm is very rude and non-cooperative, the management should reconsider a better person to be the security manager
Poor management.
