In 2023 and 2024, the Sonata building on 7 Lorraine Dr was fairly average. But after 2024, things collapsed due to excessive interference by the board, especially the board president. Residents are outraged, and many have been forced to leave. The board constantly entered the building without any legal authority, harassing residents with orders, imposing arbitrary restrictions, and treating the concierge staff appallingly. Poor management, when you want any help from the manager he will always be defensive and trying his best to stay on his chair to minimum work and playing ping-pong strategy to push always all responsibility. Also FYI from my one year period living here the pool only open two months a year due to maintenance, gym room: 8 months, snooker room:never opened once. Choose wisely.
Plumber came and said that he is going to open a hole in the ceiling to find out the cause of leakage and leave it open. Management did not call any one yet to seal it after the plumber comes back on January 8
