Absolutely loved the experience with Kechi O in Rochester. She Walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and even redid one of my impressions to make it perfect. Top class service. Would highly recommend.
AMAZING SERVICE- My elderly mum needed her hearing assessed and after a careful search and because it was a local firm - we booked for an assessment firstly on St Mary’s island and then at the base in chatham. I cannot recommend Kechi at Sonant Hearing highly enough. She is incredibly thorough and excellent at explaining everything. Kechi is also very patient and understanding. I felt like she really cared about my hearing and helping me to be able to hear better. Don’t do what I did and kept putting off having my hearing test done. Book it now. You’ll be glad you did. ☺️
Well... where do I begin. Absolutely amazing 5 star service from start to finish. Kechi made me feel welcome the minute I entered through the door. She explained everything really well and talked me though what she was doing. I had my ears cleaned, followed by a hearing test. I would highly recommend. I've already booked in my next appointment!
Very lovely experience. I had some moulds of my ears and my ears cleaned, my wife had a hearing test and all things were very professional. 100% would recommend.
