From first meeting Kechi it’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable and her kind manner put me at very much at ease. Her comprehensive hearing test was very thorough and at no time did I feel at all rushed. She also took the time to explain every step of the test which I found very helpful. Most certainly a 5 star service!
Kechi put me at ease straight away and really took the time to understand my concerns. She explained the process and was extremely careful. When I needed a short notice appointment she was happy to fit me in. It’s clear she’s a real professional and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to see an audiologist.
I visited Sonant Hearing Clinic feeling slightly nervous at the thought of hearing aids but determined to see if my hearing could be improved. Kechi was reassuring, incredibly thorough in her examination and the tests that followed. Her explanation of the possible way forward and the setting up of the loan hearing aids was superb. I can’t recommend Sonant Hearing Clinic highly enough.
