From first meeting Kechi it’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable and her kind manner put me at very much at ease. Her comprehensive hearing test was very thorough and at no time did I feel at all rushed. She also took the time to explain every step of the test which I found very helpful. Most certainly a 5 star service!
