Nancy is a true professional. No matter what level you are she has a pace for you.
I have very much enjoyed the most amazing yoga with Nancy! She is a really experienced and attentive instructor. She truly brings me to a sense of peace, calm and joy all while helping me to increase my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend her for a deeply meaningful holistic yoga practice. She's the best!!!!!
I’ve had the pleasure to take Yoga Teacher Training with Nancy. Nancy pays attention to detail & it shows in her practice! She’s a “professional right out the school” type of teacher in my humble opinion. I recommend allow her to guide your class one day & experience it for yourself.
Nancy is an amazing instructor! She lead us through meaningful private lessons tailored to our abilities and goals. Her demonstrations and assistance with poses helped improve our strength, balance and flexibility. Looking forward to our next session.
