Very pleased! She did great with my daughter
On March 6th of 2020, I had an ossichular chain reconstruction performed by Dr. Saraiya, in which I had prosthetics implanted to replace bones in one of my ears. I experienced atypical pain after this surgery, which I expressed to her at my followup after this surgery—and she dismissed me from her care entirely. No additional follow ups, no referrals. I was scheduled for an appointment for my son. Part of the check in process online was a 232 dollar payment ? Does not make sense. I only wanted to see the doctor to know if she thought surgery was the correct route to take. There's a hospital fee and some other fee they are charging. I'm only going to a clinic so how are they charging hospital fee? Seems like ENT is a money making business. Seems like they want to rush into surgery. I did my research preparing for my son’s tonsils removal and very happy we went with Dr Saraiya. In additional to her impressive qualifications, she cared for my son like for her own child, answering questions, calling to ask how he is doing after the surgery. Highly recommend.
I would give her more stars if I could. In the midst of the pandemic, holiday chaos, we discovered a lump in my son’s neck. Dr. Saraiya made phone calls, sent emails and moved mountains Thanksgiving week to get us in where we needed to go to rule out all the scary possibilities. Even though she was out of town as we were getting results, she was in touch with us and helped us feel like she was right there beside us.
