She is a good doctor and pleasant but her office staff are insufferable nincompoops who can't be bothered to do anything right or, at times, do anything at all. Despite many phone calls I am still waiting on a referral to a specialist that I initially requested back in Autumn because I couldn't walk. I understand being busy and I understand that things take time, but I also understand dropping the ball, which this clearly is. Currently looking to change primaries to a more functional office
My wife made an appointment as new patient and waited 3 months for it. Then, she got a call one week before the appointment and was told the appt had to be cancelled. Now she has to wait 3 more months! Insane!!!
Did a teledoc with her and asked for prescription refill. Gave wrong refill and the cream didn't work. Waste!
Dr. Lalwani is fantastic. She responds to your email very quickly and is very interested in you and your condition She discusses your case and your options with you in detail and encourages you to be involved in all the decision makings in regards to your care. She is friendly pleasant and energetic. I went to her because her patients spoke highly of her and I can see why.
