Always a great experience coming to Dr. Jain's. My family has been coming to them for the last 5 years and we have never had a problem. They are always honest and thorough with their work. Special shoutout to Olga for being a great hygienist!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL WORK… SONAL JAIN IS A LIAR…THEY HAD ME TAKE OFF OF WORK ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, JUST TO TURN ME AWAY FROM GETTING ANY WORK DONE… *THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE, & THE MORNING OF, CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT, THEN AFTER I DROVE ONE HOUR, IN THE SNOW, SONAL JAIN INFORMED ME THAT SHE COULD NOT DO THE WORK…SHE GAVE ME NO EXPLANATION IN WHY NOT…MY TEETH ARE ACHING IN 2 AREAS OF MY MOUTH, & I BEGGED HER TO HELP ME, AND SHE REFUSED… *VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… *DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK ... read more
They literally rescheduled me 3 different times so I had to take off work and finally when I got in she didn’t know what tooth she was working on so they want me to reschedule AGAIN. Extremely inconsiderate of anyone’s time! So disappointed
