Never was able to see her. I made an appointment with her weeks in advance. It is hard for me to get off work so I schedule several appointments on the same day so my vacation day off is worth it. This doctors office called me an hour and a half be for my appointment saying that I need to have a transfer of care and canceled my appointment. I didn’t realize I needed a transfer of care that’s not mentioned when you schedule online but to cancel less than 2 hours from the appointment. This is ridiculous. DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. You will end up with every charge she can think of added to your bill. I went for a free wellness exam and am still unable to seek treatment elsewhere due to charges from her, and this is after paying over $100 to collections because of her just so I could move at the end of last year. Doctors should have a code of ethics they stick to. Doctors like her are the reason many people end up neglecting necessary medical treatment. Zero integrity.
I have given 3 chances to see Dr. Sonal because I understand sometimes we don’t feel good. But this is going to be the last time I see this lady. She shouldn’t be a doctor. She always act like she doesn’t really care about why you are there. All she does is to say “OK” 20 times when you are talking about your concerns and type in her computer, touch you for 10 seconds and in less than 5 minutes you are out of her office. My most recent experience was the second WORST experience I've had with a physician. My first visit was rushed and I wanted to wait to see if her rushed style would give space to discuss concerns in the future. However, this doctor is a General Practitioner, your primary care doctor. She's the doctor you should be able to have.a conversation with to discuss concerns. However, she's completely uninterested in this part of the job.
