I had to see this doctor in an emergency situation and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The bedside manner was poor, and I did not feel listened to during my visit. I felt rushed, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Communication and patient interaction need significant improvement. I will not be returning to her as a patient. I do, however, value Methodist and the overall standard of care they provide, which is why this experience was especially surprising and confusing.
Excellent practitioner. Good listener and very thorough with health maintenance.
