Reception who answered my call today was very rude and unwilling to help. Put me on hold for every questions I asked. You can definitely tell by her voice that she don’t want to help. Found this place/doctor and has very good reviews and I wanted to know more as the Doctor looks very very good. It’s very disappointing that when the reception found that I don’t have medicare she said that’s no point asking for the rebate if I don’t have it. Dr Shannon Reid is truly amazing. If you're looking for a gynaecologist please see her . Dr is calming honest and thorough. She didnt rush and have me all the time i needed .I was extremely nervous because of my past experience with a previous gynaecologist which was horrible to say the least. Dr made me feel comfortable and calmed me down. I was also given alot of information that I didn't know.
