We went to Sona Jewellers to prepare one locket for my daughter on her birthday, she wants an engraved personalised Sikh Raj map on it, we ordered and deposited $700 as token money, and fully described about its and size etc. some days later they called us to show locket that was made, it was not as my daughter wants, that is due to that craftsman could not understand the concept, in absence of face to face interaction.
