Tried twice to make an appointment, no availability for months on the site and when I text was just told too bad. Also services aren’t updated: ie: they don’t do threading anymore

This place is shabby chic and super cute! I had Alexis for my eyelashes, who took the time to do amazing work and was very professional. The room is a room where all the services are done and not a private room which I did not mind at all. They are very safe with their protocols as well!

I came here to get eyelash extensions by the tech, Rameika, and although she did a great job and was very polite and professional, there seems to be an issue with management. The owner was very rude when I first came in she told me I needed to wait outside which is fine but the tone and mannerisms she had were very rude! When I came in I was told I needed to take my shoes off because it’s the owners rules, mind you the floor was very dirty and I did not feel comfortable doing so but I didn’t have a choice.
