The receptionist at this dental clinic is extremely kind, and the scaling is done very thoroughly. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit.
I had a very good experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand clearly. The doctor was calm and careful, and I felt I was in good hands. I'm thankful for their kindness and the gentle treatment!
First of all, this is the very first negative review that I am leaving on any business whether it's Google or Yelp, and this review is after 7 visits to this clinic. The main receptionist patronizes patients and talks as if she is the dentist herself. And to make the matters worse, she is not shy about exaggerating the conditions so she can bring in the patients as frequently as possible. Great experience every time I visit! Dr. Son is very experienced and really takes time to care for patients. The whole staff is just as caring and professional. The office is also very clean, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!
