This is the worst experience of my years of doctor visits. The office didn't do the due work to send the right and appropriate preventive screening orders to the specialist and imaging center, while requesting the customer to provide the fax number. We have went to Dr. Chau and his daughter Dr. Annie and his son in law Dr. Lee for many years. We have recommended all our families and friends to them as well. They treat you like family and listen to your issues and take very good care of you. They have helped my Brother who has Parkinson's and is not able to walk anymore Dr Lee takes very good care of him. So if you are looking for a Dr I would highly recommend Dr. Chau and his family, and all the front desk employees are great also. Sandy, Pat, Patricia and Eddie
DO NOT COME HERE. I am not a patient here. I came with my friend who’s a new patient. I work in the medical field. The female doctor she saw was very sweet, but I expected the visit to be longer for a new patient. My friend has a lot of health issues and it felt like we were rushed. Also, the walls are thin. While we were in the exam room, I could hear every issue and treatment plan of the patient next door. Dr Annie is very professional and understanding! We have been patients of hers for the last 5 years. My wife and I respect her medical diagnosis as they are always correct. I would highly recommend using Chau Medical Group as they are a great bunch of people. Very helpful and very thorough!!
Tuần vừa rồi tôi đi khám bịnh theo định kỳ. Bác sĩ nói tôi cần đi thử phân. Ra gặp cô thư ký trẻ ( nhân viên mới) đợi 15 phút mới làm xong mấy tờ giấy. Rất lọng cọng không biết gì. Đưa tôi tờ giấy nói là để đi thử phân. Nay tôi đến quest.để lấy dụng cụ về để lấy mẫu đi thử .nhân viên nhìn giấy xong.lại lấy máu tôi. Mà kg cho thử phân. Tôi thắc mắc lấy máu làm gì..
