Awful experience.I tried to book time to be seen,because I have some kind of outbreak and my lymph nodes are swollen. The lady on the phone was really rude. She told me that they are too booked to be seen this week and she offered to be called by phone,even though I explained to her that I prefer doctor to see me since the outbrake is pretty bad and I cannot wait until next week. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Son Chau for close to 40 years. We are so happy with him and Dr. Annie Chau. Anyone else who we see is good too! Excellent doctors and nurse practitioners. Only good things to say. You will be extremely happy here.
This is my first time visited this office. Front desk staffs are very friendly and professional. Sandy is very knowledgeable and caring. She asked me a lot of thorough questions to find out my medical issues and gave me proper medications. She gave me many wonderful advices to improve my health and made sure all my questions got answered. 5 stars to Sandy and all their wonderful staffs. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a caring, passionate, and professional family doctor.
