This orthodontist was great at first, they were very nice and affordable. When I went to speak with them at my daughters consultation we decided to get her braces with them. The waiting time takes forever! My daughter had an appointment at 3:30 and she ended up coming out at 5:15! After awhile they start changing their attitudes with you, they don't return calls, and Dr. Cao's wife Pauline the front desk lady is very rude on the phone.
