I can not believe how incompetent their customer service is. Lianca answered the phone and can not answer a question that is not on her script. I asked to talk with her supervisor and she refused me by only following her script and then hung up. This is most frustrating. I’m trying to schedule on emg. I still have no clue if they perform them

Very caring and concerned about my issues
I had a good experience at this doctors office. He prescribed whatever medication I need to take after checking the results of my tests that I had done weeks before. He explained what was happening to me and suggested things I need to do to become better. This was a good appointment to see this doctor.
