I absolutely love everything about this clinic, from the doctor all the way to the staff - (the front office ladies) - they are all amazing!! I have been seeing Dr. Brenda Hines for 4 years now and I have never in my life had such a thoughtful, kind, caring, and supportive doctor! She truly is one of a kind! I wish more people like her existed, but I am so glad that I am under her guidance and care as a patient, and I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you all for being so empathetic and caring! Treat people like they are necessary evil to make money! Received a bill for a no show appointment that I had no idea I had or was informed of. Will be taking my business else where and would recommend you do as well.
2 minutes agoNEW Horrible customer service. Speaks to patients as if they are beneath them. The individual who runs the payments makes careless mistakes then turns accounts over to collections without contacting the patient to identify the source of the issue. When we called to determine the issue, we were talked to recklessly and hung up on. Another representative called me back to try to rectify the situation. I went in last year to get updated on my supply's come to fined out it had been updated earlier that year and they wouldn't send a copy to my supplier so i could get my supplies they wouldn't see they ask me to leave i told them i had received a call from them returned call the lady never returned my call while i was there another lady was there something with they never called her back left them and haven't been back they are very rude. Don't use them
