“I had a nodule in my neck for over a year and had seen several doctors and specialists who all dismissed it as just an inflamed lymph node and proscribed antibiotics. Appt was to receive a mouth guard to help with my sleep apnea. The Dr and Clinician checked both pieces to ensure they fit properly but never gave me the chance to actually put them in myself and to wear the guard for a few minutes to make sure I was comfortable with it . They told me how to adjust the locking mechanism but were not clear on why or when I would want to adjust it. I felt very rushed and the heavy accents of the two was not very helpful. We had the best experience at SomnoSleep consultant.Dr.Arabshahi is professional , knowledgeable and caring. The office is very clean and organized. The staff will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this ENT group .It is the best you can find in DMV .
I was able to get an appointment quickly. And the doctor was very nice, listened to what I had to say, didn't treat me like "just" an old lady. I appreciate that.
