My wife and I were very pleased with the care and attention shown to us during our appointment. The medical assistants were efficient and courteous. Dr. Arabshahi was thorough in his examinations of us both and he was knowedgeable of our medical history and current health status. Referral to an audiologist for testing was an added positive of this visit.

The receptionist/scheduler was confused, rude, and not knowledgeable. There was a lack of clear communication and consistency regarding my aunt’s care. The report we received did not clearly state that a follow-up test was needed, nor did it explain that this test would not be performed through the ENT. Instead, it was listed as a treatment. Pleasant and efficient in office staff. Found Dr Arabshahi to be friendly and professional. Telephone communication assistants need improving.

The doctor and staff provided excellent service. Their knowledge is extensive, they answered all my questions, and gave helpful suggestions. They are friendly and professional in their approach. I highly recommend their practice to anyone.

Excellent practice. Dr Arabshahi knows his stuff and is very approachable. The software company they use for the portal & messaging is annoying. There were way too many checkin forms, asking for redundant information that was provided on other forms. Plus they send a barrage of reminders via emails, texts & even a phone call. But once you are in the office it goes very smoothly.
