So expensive and the warranty only covers breakage, not the device needing to be remade for causing pain, and being ineffective. After using it just a few times, I have jaw pain that makes it difficult and unpleasant to eat - almost a month later! Waste of money, try somewhere else!
Terrible! Worst customer service ever!!!!
Train your so called Sleep Specialist for one. When I have to show how to assemble the appliance we have a problem. Also they tried telling me only one type and model of appliance was available to me which was incorrect. Make a product that out gasses less so its bearable in your mouth and doesn't make you want to vomit when it moves around. Also why does the product become lose fit after 3 or 4 days. Been dealing with Somnomed since mid November and I still don't have a working appliance.
RecommendedI've been using my Suad Ultra for a month. I amazing for me. I stopped snoring. I have good jaw confort. This device is simply amazing!!
Somnomed sucks ther Devices break I had to go through five devices they do not honor their warranty’s I had to send my device back to get fixed now they want to charge me more money to have it fixed when I’m still in my warranty process Their customer service sucks very very rude people that don’t even want to talk to you and treat you like crap like you don’t deserve to have their devices somnomed is not the number one anything I will not recommend them for anything now that I do have my Device back if I need Adjustments do... read more
