I came here for an overnight sleep study and an MSLT. These ladies were wonderful! I was there from 8pm until 4pm the next day and they took such good care of me. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable! If you are staying for an MSLT remember to pack snacks! I forgot, but you can DoorDash if you are like me.
All staff members are extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable. Both Melissa Ochoa,NP and Dr. Landrio are very knowledgeable and listen, have eye contact (some other MDs are glued to their screens typing instead) and have never made us feel rushed. We love them And their staff! Jeanie at the front desk knows who we are and always smiles, Ashley and Courtney are experts with IV Infusions and Heather makes your check out very pleasant. I Highly recommend this practice and am Ever So thankful a friend recommended them.
Love Melissa Ochoa.. she is the best. Love the office girls. However.. bathrooms aren’t great. Carpet in waiting room needs replaced. Whoever the housekeeping staff is.. needs to be replaced or retrained. Baseboard thick with dust/dirt. Not a clean fresh environment!
I would be lost without Stacy and the girls that run the front end of the doctors office, when I have a problem she always goes above and beyond to help me get it resolved.
Heather at front desk was amazing. Felicia at office is so so kind even though I am not her patient All receptionist are nice
