I recently purchased a brand new home through stepping stones. The yard was improperly installed. The builder also installed watering equipment that used water from my house to water two of the neighbors yards as well as mine for 30 days. After waiting the 30 days to file my first warranty claim, I did and it was rejected. They claim it is the HOAs responsibility. The HOA didn't install the yard, stepping stones did.
