Updated review from 2 to 4 stars after the landscaping manager came to speak to me personally about the issues I had with the yard. He was very helpful and kind and explained in detail about yard installation (+2 stars). As a first time home owner I'm grateful for the information. I would suggest explaining this to new home owners going forward as it appeared to be neglect when infact there were legitimate reasons for why the yard wasn't being mowed/completed. I recently purchased a brand new home through stepping stones. The yard was improperly installed. The builder also installed watering equipment that used water from my house to water two of the neighbors yards as well as mine for 30 days. After waiting the 30 days to file my first warranty claim, I did and it was rejected. They claim it is the HOAs responsibility. The HOA didn't install the yard, stepping stones did.
