Great service and well trained service technicians. We have our generator serviced yearly.
Nick and Dale were great, wonderful customer service.very knowledgeable in the product.
Service department doesn't call back . Not impressed!!! Had a chat with Andrew today and I think we resolved My issue . Thanks.
Amber & Andrew in the Service Dept. helped us work through some significant issues with our product. They are to be applauded for their honesty and willingness to assist. Also, many thanks to the technicians who visited our home and how they professionally executed their work. If you are considering a whole home generator, I suggest you get it from Sommers.
Installation was done in an accommodating manner, (thank you SEPOY) very professional in every way 👍. The operation of our unit was fully explained and the sound decimals is much lower than I anticipated. SEPOY team much appreciated in every way. John
