Amber & Andrew in the Service Dept. helped us work through some significant issues with our product. They are to be applauded for their honesty and willingness to assist. Also, many thanks to the technicians who visited our home and how they professionally executed their work. If you are considering a whole home generator, I suggest you get it from Sommers.
Installation was done in an accommodating manner, (thank you SEPOY) very professional in every way 👍. The operation of our unit was fully explained and the sound decimals is much lower than I anticipated. SEPOY team much appreciated in every way. John

They are happy to sell you a unit, but don't honor the warranty, have terrible service and the lady at the front desk is the ultimate of rudeness. We will be switching to Generac.
