They are happy to sell you a unit, but don't honor the warranty, have terrible service and the lady at the front desk is the ultimate of rudeness. We will be switching to Generac.
Generator broke down again (3rd time)…called for emergency service servers times…call back was extremely rude & hung up on twice…would never recommend
I hope your guys can work on generators better than they can drive because what i seen on the road was pathetic
