I didn't get any services at this shop but I broke down and made it into the O'Riley's parking lot. I was struggling to fix my car and a guy came out of the shop and helped me finish fixing my car! I didn't catch his name but he was an absolute god send!
Need more education on their mechanic in auto shop.
Had one of the best experiences buying a car. Never had I met a couple so profecional yet so down to earth and willing to help. I would not recomend any other dealer if you are in the emporia area. Things happen for a reason and wife and I going to emporia was the reason to meet y'all. Excellent service Excellent treatment.
04/10/23 purchased vehicle from Sommers Auto Plaza with a cashier check from Lyon County State Bank for $6696.67 04/13/23 Cars pcv gasket and oil pan go bad causing oil to go all over the engine, overheat and smoke out the engine. Repaired for free. Picked up the following day on 04/14/23. 06/13/23 vehicles pcv gasket and oil pan broke once again and oil pump also broke.
