Long story short- Go to the location in Katy!!! This location has poor customer service. They are “out of stock” ok regular toppings and flavors. Not a pleasant visit and will not be returning to this location any time soon. I hope things improve.
Best soft serve ever. Customer service is pretty good too. Ube and milk tea swirl with custard filling absolutely yummmm
Charolette rang us up for 3 ice creams. She made the other 4 people in the store theirs and then went to the back. We waited about 5 minutes and when she finally came back, we had to remind her that we were still waiting. Incredibly lackluster service and even more lackluster ice cream flavors. They don’t even have chairs, so have fun sitting in your car or standing outside to eat. 1/5.
Loved my little waffle fish cone. Will go back. Loved the Nutella in my cone.
