I visited this location in the evening, about 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the employee I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic common courtesy. I understand that it was near closing time, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect during business hours. The experience left a negative impression, and based on how I was treated, I will not be returning.

Delicious soft serve and taiyaki! Can't go wrong with the horchata soft serve and the taiyaki filled with nutella
Just moved into Crocker Village and this is one of the coolest spots we have in our neighborhood. The matcha ice cream is absolutely delicious! I’m excited to bring my friends&family here for a post dinner dessert.
