The soft serve itself is decent. The fish is also yummy and has a good texture. What was not great: customer service, ambience, bathroom and value. Service: No hello or welcome. The only staffed waits until she hears the printer before she comes out of the back. She is alone, which seems illegal (?), unsafe and unfair. She forgot to put nutella in one of our orders. I love SomiSomi it’s delicious. The only complaint that I have is , that I stopped by today 6/30/26 at this specific location around 2:45 p.m. the guy that was serving was in a bad mood, bored, sleepy, rude, you can clearly see that he hated what he was doing. He shouldn’t be there, this can ruin the business. Owners chose better servers.
