They should receive no stars.I was charged $250 for some medium size Bo ho braids.They parted my hair big and use less hair.It looks like I have 20 braids in my whole head.I would never go there.This Was bad experience and not to mention I drove 2 hours to get there.
I’ve been coming here for YEARS and this will be my absolute LAST time. I’m so disappointed and disgusted in how my hair was played in. I asked for small knotless butt length which was $350 then a color blend $20 extra. I didn’t know my braids in the back were this big and SLOPPY until later when my hair loosened up and I could pull it up. When I contacted CiCi on IG and showed her videos she offered a discounted service NEXT time. I’m NOT coming back. Give me some of my $370 back. But of course they ain’t gone do that. If I could rate no stars I would. Upon arrival I was actually happy to get my hair did until I say my hair. The braids were $200 but they look like they are worth $50. I am highly disappointed, disgusted, and upset about the quality of my hair. Shame on you!
