My braids are horrible parts are big and I paid for small knotless. Hair is out on the side and the braids are already starting to look old. I will not be retuning and they charge $20 extra for mixing hair. NEVER heard of that and it is not on their website. They used to be good and take their time now they just rush on your head.
My hair is 2 inches and natural and CiCi gripped it into a knotless boho bob!! The absolute best!!!!
They don’t know how to braid I just got my hair done 5 days ago the braids are already pulling called the shop to correct the problem told me I have 4 days to come back since it’s been 5 days they can fix my hair. Also they don’t braid all the way down or trim the braids.
I was so disappointed in this hair shop. Everything is clustered. There is no space honestly to do anything because everyone just picks a random spot to do hair in. You will be sitting in the most uncomfortable places. The attitudes were not the best, but they were not the worst. They were okay.
