At ~$350/night (marketed like a 4-star), this was a major disappointment. If it were $150/night or a 2.5-star, fine—but the price and marketing are misleading. • Bathroom: the tiniest I’ve seen, with a dentist-style sink. • Location: not “in nature” as advertised, just a house in town with a lawn. Our view was the neighbor’s window, and parking was limited. • Plunge pool: smaller than a bathtub, unclear cleaning schedule, shared by 10 rooms—didn’t feel usable. • “Complimentary” drink: only a $5 voucher, not even free coffee.... read more
What a lovely boutique hotel! We loved everything about it: the location, the wine bar with the patio, the backyard, the well decorated room, a nice king size bed, the location, the staff and so much more! Plus, the establishment is dog friendly 😊 Thank you so much, I wish we could’ve stayed longer !
Just got back after staying two nights here with our 2 dogs! We planned our trip to collingwood around our stay here and it was great! The Inn itself is lovely; room was well decorated and laid out. Outdoor space with hammocks and chairs were perfect to enjoy on a summer day or night. Try out Brookys on site for a breakfast bite or evening drink 🍷 Lastly, make sure to use the sauna and cold plunge during your stay!
Perfect location, right downtown within walking distance to wherever you want to eat. Super friendly staff who helped take care of any reservations before check-in. Upon check-in we were welcomed with complimentary drinks. The Thermal Cycle was a very relaxing experience. The only complaint I have about our room was hearing some type of critter scratching and moving around under the floorboards at night.
