I highly recommend using Beth's services if your child has a stutter. Previously, we sought out help for our 4 year old and the process was being dragged out for months. After our first meeting with Beth, we followed her instructions at home and saw a drastic improvement in our 4 year old's speech. By our third session the stutter was no longer occurring. Beth is a life saver. She has been working with my child for the past 2.5 years. He went from saying nothing, to sharing ALL his opinions about everything in the world. She is a great advocate for children and has their best interest at heart, always. I'm so thankful for all the help and advice she has given. I wish I had more money because I'd hire her everyday to work on my son's speech.
Beth is absolutely phenomenal. I brought my kindergartner to her for help with developing her L, TH, and R sounds. Beth is patient, kind, and encouraging. Her office is friendly and inviting. She has so many games and activities that turn the work into play. My daughter was sad when she "graduated" because she loved going to play with Ms. Beth. I highly recommend Beth and Something To Say!
My daughter is 5 years old and struggles with certain sounds as well as articulating when speaking in long sentences. The school recommended her for speech but it wouldn't be able to start for a few months. I wanted to have her evaluated and to start speech as soon as possible so we weren't wasting any time.
