Something Special Boutique started in 2013 as a consignment boutique and by 2019 we transitioned completely out of consignment to now a full boutique. I started this business after the passing of my mom to help myself recover from losing my best friend. Something Special Boutique became my new passion and my community welcomed me with open arms. Love this store, great place to shop..
So today (5/10/24) came down to Wilkes from Boone to do a little shopping. It was about 4:40 when we got the their store and immediately was granted with a smile and a “hello!” The service that was given to us was exceptional! I had picked out all my jewelry and so did my mother in law and we’re about to check out. We got talking to one of the daughters of the owner how we are from Boone and love shopping in boutiques! She was telling me she had a new shipment but it wouldn’t be out until tomorrow as they were still steaming... read more
