A lot to choose from. But the purses are not priced to sell. I kept seeing lucky brand purses priced at $40 with stains on them. Also saw some Chico purses priced at $40.. Not thrift store prices.
The older clerks/staff at the register are RUDE, if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else. The prices are becoming RIDICULOUS, SO HIGH ! For that I go to TJMAXX, HOMEGOODS, MARSHALLS OR ROSS. When I overheard the manager tell one of the staff worker “let’s price high and see what we can get” That tells me that they are just pricing for GREED , not really trying to help battered women. Good selection
I had a wonderful experience at Something Special! The volunteers were helpful, and the restrooms were clean. My cashier was particularly friendly and very informative about the Montgomery County Womens Centers outreach programs. I would absolutely come here again:)
I came in just a few minutes before closing and noticed there were still several customers shopping. Despite that, I was met with unwelcoming and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I understand closing procedures can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for making a customer feel like a burden. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was disappointing.
