The order was placed for a $75 arrangement. I received a phone call on the morning of delivery stating that the focus flower was not available though I was assured that there were flowers of the same desire for substitute. I was mortified upon receiving the photo from the delivering agency! My granddaughter could have structured a better looking arrangement!
