My husband had ordered me flowers for our anniversary on 5/7/26 to be delivered on 5/14/26. By 3:30 on 5/14/26 he hadn’t gotten a notification that they had been delivered yet, so he tried to call them. Their voicemail said that they would be out of office from 5/13-5/18. He never received an email or anything telling him that the flowers wouldn’t be delivered or anything. He sent an email requesting a refund for the flowers. Put an order in on the 7th of May for an anniversary flower delivery set for a week later. I call up there the day of because I haven’t received a notification yet saying the flowers were delivered only to find out they closed the 13-18th. Which is fine but what I have a real issue with is that nobody contacted me or let me know that they couldn’t fulfill the order…horrible communication and horrible customer service. The order was placed for a $75 arrangement. I received a phone call on the morning of delivery stating that the focus flower was not available though I was assured that there were flowers of the same desire for substitute. I was mortified upon receiving the photo from the delivering agency! My granddaughter could have structured a better looking arrangement! I stopped in last minute and needed a fresh arrangement for a memorial service. She was very accommodating and did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with her work. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
